These terms govern use of the application "Jez's Music Uploader" (the "application"), a private automation tool operated by Jezza Hehn that publishes videos to the operator's own YouTube channel using YouTube API Services.
The application is not offered to the public. It has no public accounts, no user registration, and no visitor-facing features. These terms therefore apply in practice to the operator alone.
Relationship to YouTube
By using the application, its operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at the link below. The application uses YouTube API Services subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
Content
Videos published through the application consist of the operator's own original or duly licensed material. The application does not upload content on behalf of third parties.
"YouTube", "Google" and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. The application is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Warranty
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Its availability may change at any time without notice.
